- No-show cases: No refund applicable

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment method and banking system.
5. Service Charges
Holiday Gateway reserves the right to deduct service charges, processing fees, and applicable taxes from the refund amount.
6. Changes Instead of Cancellation
In some cases, modifying travel dates or services may be a better option than cancellation. Customers can contact our team to explore available alternatives.
7. Force Majeure
No refund shall be provided for cancellations due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
