All cancellation requests must be submitted via email at info@holidaygateway.in or through official communication channels. Verbal cancellations will not be considered valid.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges depend on the type of service booked and the timing of cancellation:

  • More than 15 days before travel: Partial refund after deductions
  • 7–15 days before travel: Higher cancellation charges apply
  • Less than 7 days: Limited or no refund
  • No-show cases: No refund applicable

Exact charges may vary depending on airlines, hotels, and vendors.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings, such as discounted flights, special hotel deals, and visa processing fees, may be non-refundable. Customers are advised to check refund eligibility before booking.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment method and banking system.

5. Service Charges

Holiday Gateway reserves the right to deduct service charges, processing fees, and applicable taxes from the refund amount.

6. Changes Instead of Cancellation

In some cases, modifying travel dates or services may be a better option than cancellation. Customers can contact our team to explore available alternatives.

7. Force Majeure

No refund shall be provided for cancellations due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
